How we deliver your honey

We offer several convenient ways to receive your order from The Family Honey. Customers can collect their honey by arrangement, or we can deliver locally in selected areas around Grantham and Peterborough.

We also ship across the UK using reliable courier services. Every jar is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide tracking details whenever available.

Our returns policy

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened honey jars unless the product is faulty. If your jar is unopened and you wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll advise you on the return process.
